2. Processing

We take 5 to 7 business days to ship all your orders. Mostly, it just takes us 1 to 2 business days to process your shipment. Please note that Saturday, Sunday, national holidays, and the day your package was picked up are not included in the business days. In case you change your order item (FFL, item, payment method), the shipment process gets delayed by 5-7 business days.

3. Return Policy

All firearms are new and untouched. No inspection of guns is done before they get shipped. Before you proceed to take any ownership of your new firearm at the FFL’s site, please inspect them thoroughly and confirm that this is the same firearm that you have ordered with no defects.

If you face any issues with your firearm purchase, DO NOT ACCEPT THE SHIPMENT. We will reverse the process and take the firearm back to us at our expense. Also, we will offer you an option where you can choose to get a refund or replacement of the product.

Once the shipment is accepted by you, the firearm will then be considered to be used and has to be returned directly to the manufacturer to issue the warranty repair or replacement. Any gun that you once accept won’t be issued for return or refund.

If you decline during the background check (ATF Form 4473), you will be responsible for the shipping charges of returning the firearm and a 15% restocking fee will be added.

4. Compliance

All the customers will be responsible for the verification of the firearm you order is legal in your state of residence. If your ordered gun needs any modification due to any state’s laws, kindly notify us during the time of order to avoid further delays.

When your firearm is transferred to a state where guns are NOT LEGAL, the customer will be responsible and charged for the return shipping fee, and a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.

If you are of legal age to make a purchase of these products and are in compliance with all the rules and regulations of your state jurisdiction then you may proceed with the purchase.

5. Cancellations

If the orders are canceled after processing (placed the order, invoiced, or transferred) and untouched or unopened items are strictly subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Products are only accepted within 30 days of the original purchase or invoice date. Denied shipments are subjected to return shipping charges. Ancovi reverses the right to cancel orders and pricing errors at our discretion.

6. Custom Refinished Firearms

Mostly, after the modification or dissemination of the firearm, the manufacturer’s warranty is voided. For Ancovi, you need to disassemble the gun if you want to refinish or coat your gun into a different color. We offer a 12 months workmanship warranty in which we cover all the shipping charges to and from. The wear and tear and accidental damages are not covered under this warranty. If you clean your gun with the coating bubbles or wipe it off with an acetone or brake cleaner, that would be considered under a workmanship warranty.

Let’s say you directly sent your firearm to the manufacturer for repair or troubleshooting, we won’t be responsible for any expenses made.

7. SALES & PROMOTIONS

When on sale the prices only apply to “In Stock” products or when the supplies last. When the items are out of stock they do not qualify for any offers.
