Return & Exchange Policy - Ancovi
Ancovi permits the exchange or return of almost all items only under one condition – unopened, new condition with its original packaging. Also, they must be issued for return or exchange in the first 30 days of delivery. Please note that you may not request any return or exchange of some products such as special orders, gift cards, and ammunition. If you want to return a qualifying item for a full refund or to exchange the same, you first have to contact us for authorization. Once approved, we will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
l Return Process: Based on your product receipt, we will issue the refund using the same payment method you used while paying for the purchase. The refund is usually processed within four weeks from the issue date. This means it takes 5-10 business days for transit time, further 3-5 business days to process your return and the next 5-10 business days for your bank to process our request. If you haven’t opened or used the item, you are charged a 5% restocking fee. In case, you have opened and used the product, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee if we decide to take it back in that condition. If the mistake has been made from our end and an incorrect item has been shipped, you won’t be charged any restocking fee.
l Exchange Process: Based on your item receipt, we will issue the replacement of the product. If there is any difference observed between the value of the original item and its replacement, we then have to initiate a payment for the balance prior to the shipment of the item. In case the replacement takes less value than the original, we will then process the balance amount using the same transaction method you used while paying for your purchase. It takes around four weeks to receive your partial refund. The process takes approximately 5-10 business days for the transit time, it again takes 3-5 business days to process your return, and yet another 5-10 business days for your bank to process our request. You might be billed for the return shipping charges depending on the reason for the exchange.
While shipping the item back to us, kindly ensure to include all the related items such as its accessories, warranty cards, and manuals. Please note that there should not be anything written on the paper and adhere labels to the original packaging. The original package must be placed inside the shipping carton and our prepaid shipping label should be affixed to the shipping carton.
Return of Firearms
No firearms are shipped to you directly; we send them to an FFL (gun dealer or shop with a Federal Firearms License) from the store of your choice. If you don’t take possession of your firearm from the dealer, it might get returned to use for a partial refund minus a 15% restocking charge and the shipping cost.
Do carefully inspect your item while it is in the FFL’s possession. In case you want to return them, there’s no need to take possession of the same. Connect with us right away, and it’s our responsibility to initiate the return process.
When you take possession of your firearm from the FFL, then it won’t be eligible for any return.
